Located just a short drive from NYC, Mood Fashion Studio aims to provide a dynamic and supportive environment where students can explore their creativity, hone their technical skills, and develop their unique fashion voices. Beginners Sewing Classes
Our beginner sewing classes are designed for beginners of all ages to get an introduction to the world of fashion design. In these beginner classes, you’ll master fundamental sewing techniques while creating stylishly simple projects. Learn the basics of safely operating a sewing machine, practice essential skills like basic stitches and seam finishing, and learn the basics of choosing materials for your projects!
Advanced Sewing & Pattern Making Classes
Go beyond the basics with Mood Fashion Studio’s advanced sewing and pattern-making classes, which are perfect for the established sewist, tailor, or designer to hone their skills and learn advanced sewing techniques to help them along their journey. From precision cutting to tailoring to in-depth sewing machine use and adjustments to adapting, adjusting, and drafting sewing patterns, these advanced classes will give you professional-level sewing skills to advance your fashion career!
Private Sewing Lessons and Events
If our scheduled classes aren’t quite the right fit for you, Mood Fashion Studio is pleased to offer unique private classes, lessons, and workshops for sewists of any level.
