Course Description
Designed to follow Foundations 1, this course takes your sewing skills to the next level. In Foundations 2, you’ll continue to gain comfort and practice utilizing various stitches and techniques on our proprietary sewing machines and will design and sew your own elastic waisted lounge pants. A Supplemental Kit and fabric will be provided. Course Highlights: -Sewing Techniques: Practice machine sewing skills and basic hand sewing. -Fabric Selection and Cutting: Understand different types of woven fabrics and continue to practice how to measure, mark, and cut your materials accurately. -Lounge Pants Construction: Step-by-step guidance on assembling a comfortable pair of lounge pants, including cutting fabric, sewing, and creating an elastic waistband. By the end of this course, you will have designed and created your own elastic waisted lounge pants and enhanced your sewing skills, preparing you for more complex projects and further sewing adventures.
